Am I required to take the insurance?

No, the purchase of Optional Insurance is not required to rent a vehicle.

Can I pay with a different card than the one used for deposit?

Yes, you may change credit cards for payment at the time of return.

Can I pick up at one location and return at another?

Yes, a one way rental charge will be applied to your rental agreement. Drop charges range from $75.00 to $200.00. If you rent a vehicle and you agree to return it to a different office as stated on the Rental Agreement, you will be charged the one-way drop fee whether or not you bring the vehicle back to your original rental location or the different office as stated on the Rental Agreement.

Can someone else drive the car that I rent?

Yes. Additional drivers must meet all qualifications as the primary drivers in regards to age, license, and major credit card.

Do you charge to refuel the vehicle?

Yes. Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as at the start of the rental to avoid refueling charges. If you aren’t sure how far you’ll be driving, but plan to stop for gas, don’t accept the Fuel Service Option. Simply bring the car back full, provide a receipt for your gas purchase, and you’ll avoid any refueling service charge. Refueling Service is the ultimate convenience because you simply return the car with less fuel in the tank than when you picked it up, and pay a service charge for the fuel used. We’ll do the rest!
